The localization of this sub-region provides it a particular microclimate surrounded by a range of mountains which allows an unique combination between precipitation, temperature and luminosity required for the perfect maturation of the grapes. The harvest of the grapes that will create this wine is the first to occur so that we can obtain its unique aromatic freshness.
